Galway GAA to Celebrate 25 Years Since 2001 All-Ireland Triumph
Galway GAA is delighted to announce a special celebration marking 25 years since Galway’s 2001 Senior Footballers captured the Sam Maguire.
The event will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, at The Galmont Hotel & Spa, bringing together members of the 2001 All-Ireland-winning team, their families, supporters and the wider Galway community.
The afternoon will feature interviews and panel discussions with members of the 2001 team, archive footage from the historic campaign, a three-course meal, raffle and auction.
